This is the value, during the relevant period, for the net benefit paid for high cost claimants pool (HCCP) claimants for the current and the preceding 3 quarters, after Age Based Pooling (ABP) has been applied, for insured persons with a HCCP claim in the current quarter. This item is to be determined in accordance with the relevant risk equalisation rules.
